Her Highness Pooyam Thirunal Lakshmi Parvathi bai is the chief Patro of the Trust and Sri M.K.unnikrishna Panicker , Managing Trusteee(President), Sri Vellayani Sreekumaras Secretary, Sri Suresh Kumar as Treasurer. Prof. A K Chandrasekharan is the Vice-President and Dr Lalitha Appukuttan is the Joint Secretary. Sri K G Anil Kumar from Abu Dhabi and Sri Thomas from Swittzerland had agreed to join as Trustee.
Aims expects interested people to donate a minimum of Re per day and the contributions can be made at any time by remitting in the Account of Solace Mission with SBT, Vazhuthacaud. A/c No is 00067259118320. Solace Mission is in the process of making memorandum of Understanding with Hospitals and Educational Institutions for effective payment of the contribution.
The first donation of Rs 10,000/- was given away on 1-2-2014 to Dr Marthandan Pllai, the Chairman and Managing Director of Ananthapuri Hospital, Trivandrum on behalf of a patient S Sajith Kumar s/o Sri Satheesh Kumar, Kakkrachacharila Ayra.P.O,Parassala. The donation was made at the Office of the Solace Mission functioning in the building of Pravasi Malayali Welfare Association, Vazhuthacaud. It was handed over to Dr Marthandan Pillai by Sri M.K.Unnikrishna Panicker, Member, Permanent Lok Adalat, Trivandrum and President of Solace Mission.
As a good will gesture Dr Marthandan Pillai contributed his donation to the Solace Mission and it was received by Sri Vellayani Sreekumar, Secretary of Solace Mission.sSri Suresh Kumar, Treasurer , Sri Anil Kumar, and Sri Bhuvanendran Nair spoke on the occasion.

The second set of donations were given to three patients, two undergoing treatment for Cancer and one undergoing treatment for Kidney problem. The assistance were handed over to the patiens /students by Dr Suresh Dutt, Rtd Prof, RCC , Dr Mohandas, Consultant Nephrologist at MCH, Trivandrum , Dr Lalitha appukuttan and Prof A K Chandrasekharan.

Solace Mission donated a Washing Machine to Ward 9 of General hospital on 16th April and the same was accepted by Sri K Muraleedharan, MLA.
SOLACE MISSION had extended support for education of a Plus Two Student of Raja Kesaava Das Memorial NSS Higher Secondary School, Sasthamangalom Hon'ble Minister for Health & Devaswom, Sri V S SIVA KUMAR gave away the cheque to the Principal of the School in respect of the full fees of the Student and also the Minister gave the Cheque for Rs 5000/- to the mother of Sri Rejith.

SOLACE MISSION HAD TAKEN UP THE CHALLENGE OF FIGHTING CANCERBY JOINING HANDS WITH THE KERALACAN program initiated by Malayala Manorama and IMA. The first of such program was conducted at ANANDANILAYAM, Kuryathy,Manacaud. The program was inaugurated by Smt Beena Murukan, Ward Councillor..
The Awareness class was conducted by Dr CV Prasanth, Head of Palliative Care Unit at Regional Cancer Centre. He presented the topic in very simple language and in a way that the gathering could fully grasp what he told them. After the class there was a discussion part in whichthe participants got their doubt clarified.
Earlier Sri Sasidharan Nair, Secretary of Analnadanilayam welcomed the gathering and the President, Vice-President and Trustee member Col Anand spoke on the occasion. The program was attended by around 75 participants.
SOLACE MISSION also distributed the leaflet containing various preventive measures of Cancer.

4. Donated Rs 5000/- to one patient R.Rajesh, Karamana as recommended by Dr Sudha Devi who is treating him. The amount was handed over by the Addidtional Secretary, Health Dept Sri.K Sudarsanan in presence of President and Treasurer of SOlace Mission and Dr Sudha Devi
5. On Feb 4th donated Rs 3000/- to a patient Kannappan from Kannettumukku, Jagathy. At a function held in the office of the Superintendent General Hospital, Trivandrum. The cheque was handed over by Dr Sreedhar, Additional Director of Health Services in the presence of Dr Subhash(who treated the patient), President Solace Mission, KG Anil Kumar( from Abu Dhabi) and Dy Superintendent, Dr Sindhu.
6. On May 5th 2015, Donated Rs 10,000/- to Ms Anjana Prakash( a graduate in Nursing), Puthiyattuthara, Kumarakom, Kottayam to enable her to join as a trainee at KIMS Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram.
7. On 9th May 2015,SOLACE MISSION donated Rs 15,000/- to Dr Kusuma kumary, in charge of Kids Welfare Fund, Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. The cheque was handed over to Dr Kusuma Kumary by K G Anil Kumar, Abu Dhabi.

As a part of the educational assistance to 111 students announced by the Mission, Solace Mission had donated educational kits to selected students of SALVATION ARMY SCHOOL, Kowadiar. The kits were distributed by Smt S Sujatha, DEO, Trivandrum. Headmistress of the School welcomed the gathering. Solace Mission President outlined the moto and activities of Solace Mission. Sri OP John, Educational secretary of SAS , Prof AK Chandrasekharan, Vice-President of Solace Mission, D Suresh Kumar, Treasurer of Solace Mission, Sri Shaji, Principal of Salvation Army Higher Secondary School and PTA representative of SAS Sri Lalachan spoke on the occasion. President Solace Mission was invited by the School to counsel the SSLC students regarding how to face Examination. Accordingly the President gave a lecture on 2nd March to the students who are to appear for the SSLC Exam.
